School has started once again so it is back to the grind stone. I think I have a love/hate relationship with school, but overall I like it. I am working on my BA in psychology. I am a junior and will graduate spring of '10. I plan to earn my masters also.

Mike is now officially a boy scout. His troop came out to support him as he bridged over from cub scouts. We have a very strong and supportive troop in our ward.

We welcomed our grandson Jesse Charles Duran on November 10, 2008. Missy and Chuck are thrilled to have him in their home. And of course, we are proud grandparents.

This summer we went white water rafting. It was a great experience and loads of fun. It is something that I would definitely recommend everyone try. It was a great time and we would love to do it again!

All of our family joined us in May as we celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary. It meant a lot to us to have all of our children and Ed's mom be with us at this time.
